OR MPH FIELD, THEN THAT VEHICLE BROKE BEFORE OR DURING THEIR RUN AFTER PAIRING.

NOTES: Due to persistent rain, the event was cancelled after several attempts to dry the racing surface. One qualifying round of Frantic 7 Full Body, Frantic 7 Open Body, Top Street and Real Street were completed, which will apply to the rescheduled event (with one more round to follow).

The War On Wheels II has been rescheduled for Wednesday, October 8, 2003. All General Admission, Test and Tune Racer Entries, Sponsor, VIP and Comp tickets retain their FULL VALUE for any MIR event (except the President's Cup Nationals) up to and including the War on Wheels in 2004. In other words, if you are unable to make the rescheduled date, you can use your ticket for any MIR event up to and including the JWar On Wheels of next year.

DO NOT LOSE YOUR TICKET! If you lose your ticket, you have lost your proof of purchase and therefore you have lost your raincheck. PUT YOUR TICKET IN A SAFE PLACE! There is ABSOLUTELY NO NEGOTIATION to this policy.
