Congratulations to our Elite 8
Junior Callout Qualifiers!
The
rules are simple:
1) All callouts will be at Ron
Hubble’s trailer prior to first
round of the WDRA Sportsman Series
on Friday and Saturday.
2) Pairings – #1 in points will make
the first callout, getting to
challenge any of the other 7
drivers. Then, the next driver will
get the next selection if they have
not yet been selected until all
drivers are paired. Lane choice will
go to the highest in points in first
round.
a. Ex: #1 can call out #2
with those two becoming a pair, with
the next selection going to number
#3. #3 can call out any driver that
is not #1 or #2.
b. If #1 calls out #5,
then #2 can call out any other
driver besides #1 or #5, as those
two are paired.
3. Second round callouts are
completed based on the best winning
package in first round. The driver
with the best winning package will
make their callout of the three
remaining drivers. Once selected,
both match ups will be set. Lane
choice will be decided based on the
best winning rection time in Rounds
2 and in the final.
4. First round of the Callout
Challenge will be run on Friday
before the main event. Semi Finals
and Finals will be run on Saturday
immediately after the Junior
Dragster final, or when all four of
the remaining drivers are out of
competition.
