MECHANICSVILLE, MARYLAND (January 4,
2023) – After two long years, the
MIR Racer’s Party and Awards
Ceremony is back! Which means it’s
time once again to award and pay
tribute to our respective champions
– and have some fun at the same
time.
The MIR Racer’s Party and Awards
Ceremony will be held on Saturday,
February 25, 2023 at the Waldorf
Jaycees Hall in Waldorf, Maryland.
Doors will open at 6pm for cocktails
with dinner at 7pm and awards and
recognition following. It will be a
great night of fun in addition to
honoring our 2022 champions.
This year, tickets will be $48 per
person and include a delicious meal,
awards ceremony, music, dancing and
more. So, join us on Saturday,
February 25th as we celebrate a
season full of memories and
achievements. Racers, Fans,
Sponsors, & Staff… Everyone is

drawings, Bogie Races, Pit Bike
Challenges, Poker Bashes, etc. This is what
supports the Racer’s Party and
Summit Team Finals each year.

We understand that life happens and
household costs are rising and its
not always easy for families to
participate in the racer's party. We
want to continue to honor our
champions in the grand fashion we
have always done, but if there is a
lack of participation or interest in
the MIR Racer’s Party and Award
Ceremony this year, we may have to
discontinue this event and recognize
our champions at the track on the
stage during a regular ET event in
the spring when we kick off a new
season. Please support this event to
keep it on the books for next year
and years to come.
